Carmel is a BI Team Lead at Prodata Business Systems where she specialises in making complex enterprise data easily accessible to corporate users. She has delivered over 200 data-focused systems for many industries, with a special focus on the telecoms and government sectors.

Marco is a business intelligence consultant and mentor. He started working on Analysis Services in 1998 when it was still known as OLAP Services.
A veteran of end-to-end BI projects, Marco wrote several books with Alberto Ferrari about Power BI, Analysis Services, and Power Pivot, about which they often write on sqlbi.com.

Rafal consults as a data scientist for Project Botticelli, where he also teaches classroom-style machine learning courses. He is an IT veteran, having started at the end of the mainframe era, even before getting his computing degrees from Imperial College in London in the ’90s. He is also one of the directors of Tecflix, which he founded with the help and support of his colleagues in 2020.
As a well-known speaker at major IT conferences since 1998, Rafal had the honour of sharing keynote platforms with Bill Gates and Neil Armstrong. Like all the other Tecflix instructors, he is a natural educator, able to explain complex concepts in simple terms in an enjoyable style.
